Proposal 235, passed by the delegates at the 2005 Conference, states that "States will submit an updated list of all currently
permitted non-IMS listed milk tank truck cleaning facilities to the NCIMS Executive Secretary. The list to be submitted for
publication on the NCIMS or other easily accessible web site. (Underlined wording was added by the NCIMS Executive Board
at the meeting on September 27, 2005, for clarity.) Even though the proposal does not officially take effect until October 1,
2006 (one year after the publication of IMS-a-45), this information is being included as it is received from the states.

If there is no information listed for a particular state, that means the state has not submitted this information. Several states
have said they do not have any non-listed IMS milk tank truck cleaning facilities, and that information is so noted in red (NONE).
