The 2027 NCIMS Conference will be held at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel, in St. Louis, MO from April 20 – 25, 2027.

Conference registration and hotel room block information will be available early December 2026.

Please use the updated 2027 Proposal Form and carefully review the 2027 Instructions for Drafting NCIMS Proposals when preparing a proposal to submit for the 2027 NCIMS Conference.

The deadline for Proposals submitted to the 2027 NCIMS Conference is January 15, 2027, at 6:00 pm EST. Proposals should be emailed to Wendy Landry, NCIMS Program Chair at Wendy.Landry@hphood.com 

You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your proposal. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your proposal electronically, please contact Wendy Landry at 207-252-0892 or Wendy.Landry@hphood.com  to ensure it was received.
