NCIMS meets biennially in odd-numbered years. The Conference had its first official meeting in 1950. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 2021 Conference was postponed until 2023. Additional information about the 2023 conference will be added on this page as it is available.
The 2023 Conference was held April 3-7 at the J.W. Marriott in Indianapolis, Indiana. With the 2023 NCIMS Conference being held over a fewer number of days, the Program Committee hosted the NCIMS Symposium, Orientation, and Robert’s Rules of Order sessions virtually using the Zoom platform.
